Very difficult to get to the final person that I talked with which was a customer service agent or whatever you call them live because I am an old man and I do not like all this extra crap. You have to go through with the answer and stuff and show on and show on in the chat people it’s terrible.
It really is we should be able to contact a live person whenever it’s necessary and if it is an issue that isn’t that important to talk to I guess an automated service but I don’t like them and it’s too much of an issue for me. I’m 83 years old and I want to live as long as I can be happy and when I get these these answering things, I don’t like it aggravate me thank you
I contacted an agent on iCloud and the lady was very very smart and very nice and said that Im all set. I did buy my extra storage for my iCloud and I should be all set. Thank you again bye-bye.

She assisted me to make a payment to my iCloud, and another pending transaction which was an issue to me not being able to download apps in my phone.She even assisted me to create a new password.
