I get several emails daily from icloud stating my storage is maxed out and threats my icloud will be shut down, i have 50 GB & only used 8.7 of it, this is very annoying please stop it.

Resolved: I believe my information has been downloaded

I accidentally sent a cc charge through on a reported scam and now I can't get through to your support phone line. I can't get emails or use the phone.

Can you call me please to see if you can get through to help me? None of my phone calls or emails are going through.

Very difficult to get to the final person that I talked with which was a customer service agent or whatever you call them live because I am an old man and I do not like all this extra crap. You have to go through with the answer and stuff and show on and show on in the chat people it’s terrible.

It really is we should be able to contact a live person whenever it’s necessary and if it is an issue that isn’t that important to talk to I guess an automated service but I don’t like them and it’s too much of an issue for me. I’m 83 years old and I want to live as long as I can be happy and when I get these these answering things, I don’t like it aggravate me thank you

I contacted an agent on iCloud and the lady was very very smart and very nice and said that Im all set. I did buy my extra storage for my iCloud and I should be all set. Thank you again bye-bye.

Maceala helped me resolve my issue. I received a message on my email saying I was about to lose all my photos and info on iCloud if I didn’t upgrade my storage to $9.99 per month.

It was false. Not from Apple.
