I loose my photos and my contacts and banking mobile app every thing in my phone and I pay £2.99 a month for I cloud

The problem was corrected. The agent was very professional.

she took the time to research and correct my problem and then she also checked my laptop and found out correcting my iPhone also worked on my laptop. Thank you very much.

Very happy with the service the system was resolved and everythings working like it should. Ive already left them survey earlier, but Im doing the second one because I was so pleased.

There are devices using my iCloud. They have changed my password, and I only own one iPhone 11, white and color.

There is a MacBook, I watch, Apple Watch, Apple iPad, and other unauthorized things on my Apple account.

I have lost the use of my phone, and this is like the 15th time this has happened. If you send me a code, they get it first; if I punch in a password, they know it.

I keep getting these emails saying my iCloud is due, but my phone shows not due until the 27 July 2026

Need phone number to customer service or billing! Guess you dont want to get paid or like Apple told me your emails are a scam

Trying to update my payment for cloud storage, but Im not sure which one is a secured line and I dont want to send for my iPhone on the cloud storage to just anybody because I have been scammed

Scam they ask you to download an app that is bogus. dont use it dont use it dont use it dont use it. Just altogether a terrible experience

I am getting emails from different numbers and different cities stating I need to pay. On my phone, I have about half left.

I want to talk to a person and you said I cant talk to a person. Im already paying for my iCloud and you say I owe for a second one and it does not make me happy Im sick emails

This is a scam. I was told by the folks that have my iCloud that you guys are not reputable. They wanted your number so I have forwarded everything I have from you to them.

I get several emails daily from icloud stating my storage is maxed out and threats my icloud will be shut down, i have 50 GB & only used 8.7 of it, this is very annoying please stop it.

I have an email that I wanted to discuss with a representative from iCloud to make sure it was legit and I cant speak to a representative. I have to do it all online.
