I was talking to an operator cause I owe money for Apple and iCloud and I wanted to know how much I owed and how I could get the money to you guys

iCloud/Apple has refused to return the pictures of my minor children unless I pay a monthly ransom amount.

Very happy with the service the system was resolved and everythings working like it should. Ive already left them survey earlier, but Im doing the second one because I was so pleased.

There are devices using my iCloud. They have changed my password, and I only own one iPhone 11, white and color.

There is a MacBook, I watch, Apple Watch, Apple iPad, and other unauthorized things on my Apple account.

I have lost the use of my phone, and this is like the 15th time this has happened. If you send me a code, they get it first; if I punch in a password, they know it.

I keep getting these emails saying my iCloud is due, but my phone shows not due until the 27 July 2026
